Stress is just a body reaction, stress is an obstacle that gives you an opportunity to improve your condition , it's a thing that every single human being faces. WHY is someone stressed ? A question arises in every mind, according to me someone is stressed not because of someone else but just because of yourself. Everything is in your hand, how you face daily life challenges ,how you treat impostors and success, do you treat them the same? if you are stressed ,have you ever tried to overcome it ,have you ever tried to control it? The answer of 90% people is NO. I ASK WHY NO? WHY NOT YES.

SOME PEOPLE WHO TAKE STRESS ALWAYS BEHAVE WEIRDLY, LIKE They become moody ,face headache ,upset stomach, no desires, no wish, overall always feel depressed. Stress can play a part in problems such as headaches, high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, skin conditions, asthma, arthritis, depression, and anxiety. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) declared stress a hazard of the workplace.
Instead of taking stress just relax ,try to be as happy as you can, live life for you not to show someone else, make nature your best friend ,watch positive videos, don't loose hope, always try to be happy and charming, because sometimes your charming face and attitude can make someone's day .
